These Terms of Service govern your use of our store. Products are sold by SYOURI Co., Ltd.
Article 1: By accessing or using our store, you agree to these terms. Article 2: All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) at the base price. Article 3: Orders are confirmed upon payment completion. Article 4: We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability. Article 5: Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Article 6: Unauthorized reproduction or use of store content is prohibited. Article 7: We are not liable for damages beyond the purchase price of the product. Article 8: These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court.

第8条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）
本規約の準拠法は日本法とし、紛争が生じた場合は横浜地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
